ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) are rapidly becoming standard in modern vehicles. These safety technologies include features like forward collision warning, lane departure warning, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, rearview cameras, and radar-based parking assist. By 2027, all new vehicles sold in the U.S. will be federally required to include Automatic Vehicle Monitoring (AVM) systems—meaning ADAS is no longer optional, it's essential.
If your vehicle is involved in a collision, has a windshield or mirror replaced, bumper or radar sensor removed, or even just receives new tires with an alignment, your ADAS system must be recalibrated to function correctly and meet manufacturer safety standards.
